Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday will be processed same day, all orders placed after will be processed the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on Monday or on the next business day.
Shipment Processing Time
In certain regions (such as Hawaii and Costa Rica), please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking number. You can then enter this information on the Tracking link and follow the progress of your package. *If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Ordered more than one package
For most orders, you will receive one package. However, if you order a variety of different sofa covers it's possible you will receive more than one package. If this is the case you will be emailed a tracking number for each package. Remember, delivery is always 100% FREE so you'll never be charged extra.

Returns & Refunds
CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your order please Contact Us within 8 hours of placing your order.If you order has not already been processed we will cancel it for you and refund your money via your original payment method.
RETURNS
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all orders as long as they are not damaged through use. If you wish to return your item to us please Contact Us via the contact page, making sure to include your order number, name and email and the exact same as to why you are returning your item. Any unwanted items can be returned to us but please be aware you are responsible for costs of returning.
All returns must be approved. In order to return an item you must obtain an RMA number. We will then provide you with instructions and the address in which to send your return.
Please note that orders that are ordered through the instalments plan will be subject to a 10% administrative fee.
MISSING, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an order and there is something missing, damaged or incorrect then please Contact Us within 3 days or receiving your package. You will need to send us a photograph of the damage along with a photograph of the package and your order number/email.
